As Principal of one of Australia’s oldest real estate agencies, Stuart continues the family tradition established in 1888. He is the fourth generation to lead Alldis & Cox, having joined the business in 1993 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business (L.Econ.) and practicing as a Valuer. Stuart is a Registered Valuer, and a Licensed Real Estate and Strata Managing Agent.
Over the years, Stuart has successfully managed large portfolios, including a diverse range of Strata, Residential, and Company Title properties. Today, he oversees and supports the firm’s team of Valuers, Strata Managers, and Property Managers, ensuring the delivery of expert advice and exceptional customer service to every client.
Catherine Higgins (Wright) is the Office Manager at AC Valuers. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics) degree and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Cathy joined Higgins Valuers Pty Ltd in 1996, following eight years of experience in the Strata Management industry as a Strata Manager. Prior to this, she was a secondary school mathematics teacher.
As the Office Manager at AC Valuers, Cathy is responsible for liaising with clients, reviewing the accuracy of valuation calculations, and assisting with accounting matters.
