MEET OUR STAFF
STUART & JOANNE COX
Joanne Cox , a Licensed Real Estate Agent, is involved with all departments of both Alldis & Cox and AC Valuers. Running the day to day accounts of the business Joanne began working at Alldis & Cox in 1997. In 2011 Stuart and Joanne, merged their valuation process with Higgins Valuers and established AC Valuers. The firm offers a specialised service valuing home unit buildings for insurance replacement purposes and practices in all areas of property valuation. Stuart has managed large portfolios including a variety of Strata, Residential and Company Title properties over the years and today supervises and assists the firms team of Valuers, Strata and Property Managers to deliver professional advice and customer service to each of the companies clients.
DAVID SISCAN
David has 20 years valuation experience, commencing with Higgins Valuers Pty Ltd in 1991. David was expertly trained in all facets of valuation by Brian Higgins, acknowledged as an industry pioneer in providing Strata Insurance assessments. During the last two decades, David has certainly learnt a thing or two about strata properties!
David is a Member of the Eastern Suburbs Discussion group, who meet once every two months to discuss relevant matters to the valuation industry. David appreciates any form of motor racing, was a motorcycle courier prior to commencing his Real Estate career and has a very sound knowledge of computers. David is a keen supporter of the Manly Sea Eagles Rugby League team.
CATHERINE HIGGINS (WRIGHT)
Cathy joined Higgins Valuers Pty Ltd in 1996 after eight years in the Strata Management business as a Strata Manager. Prior to this she was a secondary school mathematics teacher. Cathy is now the office manager of A C Valuers and is responsible for liaising with all clients, checks calculations of valuations and assists in accounting matters.
KATRINA PANTASOULAS
Coming from a background in retail and sales, Katrina finds working here a wonderful and refreshing change and is looking forward to completing her Certificate lll in Administration to further her career in this Company. Her interest in property and Real Estate, her sense of humour and eagerness to get things done make her a wonderful addition to the team.

As Principal of one of the oldest Estate Agencies in Australia, Alldis & Cox, Stuart continues a family tradition of honesty and integrity that began in 1888. Stuart is the fourth generation of the family to direct Alldis and Cox and commenced working in the business in 1993 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business (L.Econ.) and practicing as a Valuer. He is a Registered Valuer, Licensed Real Estate and Strata Managing Agent.
David Siscan is a registered practising Real Estate Valuer, a Member of the Australian Property Institute for over 15 years and holds an Associate Diploma of Business (Valuation).
Catherine Higgins (Wright) is the office manager. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics) degree and is also a Justice of the Peace.
Katrina Pantasoulas joined A C Valuers in July 2011 and is the administrative assistant, computer operator and receptionist.
